This release introduces Rooms as a new feature of the platform, improvements to how much control a session’s moderators can have and other bug fixes.
🏠 Rooms
- Users can now create permanent meeting rooms. Each room has a customizable link that doesn’t change.
- Inside a room, you can host an unlimited number of sessions. Once a session created in a room has ended, you will find it in Memory. This means you can easily keep track of all the activity that took place in your room.

🎉 More control for Moderators
- Host and Co-host can now take control of presentation-style tools embedded in a session or event. These will display a button allowing Hosts or Co-hosts to take over instantly.
- Event Speakers assigned to an agenda item will have control by default of the tools embedded.

🤲 Custom domains for Workspaces (CNAME)
- Workspace Admins can now link their custom domains in Sessions, creating a more personalized user experience.
- Users can now have more personalized URLs for their meetings and events.
- Users can still access the Sessions domain even if they have a custom domain linked. They can use custom URLs, or they can continue to use Sessions-provided URLs.

This release introduces an overview page for your workspace's events, custom branding on landing pages, more options for customizing your 'Book me' Landing page and other improvements to the platform's overall performance.
🧑🤝🧑 Overview page for all Workspace Events
- Workspace members now have a page dedicated to their organization's events. This feature is useful internally since members can have an overview of their colleagues' events, or externally: the page can be shared publicly, showcasing the organization's events for all those interested.
- The page will display details such as the date, time, and the host.
- Users can list an event on the workspace Events page with a simple toggle. This gives them control over what event to showcase or not.
- The page will display events in all stages (drafts, published or passed) if they are marked to be listed. Users can un-list the event, hiding it from the page if it has passed.
🖼️ Custom branding on Landing pages
- If the Custom branding feature is enabled, the logo and primary color will be automatically showcased on an Event’s Landing page.
✍️ Formatting options for descriptions
- Hosts now have various formatting options for their sessions or events descriptions.
📑 Customizable ‘Book me’ Landing page
- Users now have the option to customize their ‘Book me’ Landing page when it comes to descriptions, layout and branding.

📩 Email reminders for all sessions
- For Events, Planned sessions & 'Book me' meetings, Hosts can now set up one-hour, one-day, or three-day reminders when configuring their gathering. The reminder will be received by all the attendees invited with their email addresses.
✍️ Speaker notes for agenda items
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now add speaker notes to each item on their agendas when building it.
- Speaker notes are visible and editable only by Hosts and Co-hosts, before a gathering starts or while it's live.

🎉 AI Copilot improvements
- Users can now generate titles and descriptions for individual agenda items using the AI Copilot. The AI will populate the agenda item according to the user's input within the prompt.
- Users can now generate action points with their summary.
📂 Duplicate agendas
- Users can now easily duplicate agenda templates they created. This comes in handy when users want to edit agendas without modifying the original template.
🔴 HD quality for recordings
- The recordings feature has been improved to render HD quality (1080p).

This release introduces the latest additions to Sessions' AI Copilot and improvements to features like Home, Recording, and how the live experience performs overall.
🙌 AI-generated polls
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now leverage Sessions AI Copilot to instantly generate relevant and engaging polls for their participants.
🖼️ Custom wallpaper for the live session
- Workspace Admins can now set a custom wallpaper for their live meeting or event, so that all sessions have a consistent and branded appearance for their participants.
🔴 Recording to start automatically
- Users now have the option to set their recording to automatically start when the session or event begins, ensuring they will never forget to start the recording again.
- This option can be enabled from Settings before a meeting or event starts.
📄 Adding new resources whilst using an agenda
- In the past, if users had an agenda during your session and then decided to showcase a new resource, the agenda would be removed. Now when a user adds a new resource while they have an agenda attached, this will be added to the current agenda item. It will automatically replace the existing resource (if there is one), without removing the agenda.
🔊 Notification to unmute videos
- If autoplay doesn't start the sound of a YouTube, Vimeo or locally uploaded video, a button will be displayed, instructing participants to unmute the video.
🏠 Home redesigned
- AI Copilot, Events, and Bookings are now displayed in Home, making them easier and faster to access for all users.
- In order to have a better overview of one’s schedule, Home now displays only the user's current-day sessions.

- Improvements to the AI-assisted agendas flow and how users interact with this functionality.
- The character limit for any session or event's title and description has increased to 250 and 2000 characters, respectively.

This release introduces a range of new features that enhance users’ meeting and event experience. The most significant ones are the integration with AI, and real-life transcriptions and translations, features that drastically improve how users interact with the platform.
✍️ Real-time transcriptions and translations
- Users can now enable real-time transcriptions and translations in their preferred language.
- Transcriptions can be accessed from Memory after a session ends.
🎉 Event summaries and action items AI-generated
- Hosts and Co-hosts can leverage AI to summarize all types of sessions and generate action items during live gatherings.
- Hosts and Co-hosts can edit generated summaries and action items, which will be available to all participants.
- Summaries and action items can also be accessed and edited in Memory.
💬 Chat improvements
- Users can now delete messages sent in Chat.
- Users can now upload files directly in the Chat, replacing the Storage feature. Files will be stored in a dedicated tab within Chat, and can also be accessed while live or from Memory once a session ends.
- Users can now redirect questions asked in Chat to show up in the dedicated Questions feature.

This release introduces new improvements that enhance users’ experience within the platform, such as the integration with AI and the addition of advanced analytics for meetings and webinars.
📃 AI-generated agendas
- Users can now leverage AI to generate agendas for meetings, webinars and workshops. These will automatically include a title, description and a time limit.
- The option to create agendas with AI is available in various places within the app (in Agendas, Lobby, Events, and during live gatherings).

✅ Advanced session & event analytics
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now access detailed analytics regarding their participants’ engagement and content consumption during webinars and workshops. This way, organizers can optimize future events to provide the most relevant content for their audience.
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now create UTMs in the Event section (under Sharing and tracking), where they can track visits and registrations based on different UTMs. This is available and can be downloaded from Memory’s analytics section.
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now download the participants’ list, which includes names, roles, registration form answers and attendance status from Memory. Memory will display the following event analytics: the number of participants who registered and completed the registration form, the number of participants who attended, and the number of chat messages, questions, and polls.

📃 Event Landing page improvements:
- Hosts can now choose in what order to display the speakers on the Landing page.
- The UI has been improved to accommodate mobile devices better.
🔊 Events improvements:
- Hosts can now invite participants before the event starts, directly from the Event’s setup page. These attendees will not be required to register for the event.
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now find a speaker's invitation link inside the app, making it easier to share it again in case the speaker can't find the original email.

🗣️ Advanced settings for speakers
- When setting up a session, event or ‘Book me’ availability, moderators can now restrict permissions to certain advanced and access settings only to speakers and hosts.
🔴 Cloud recording as participant
- The recording will now be automatically created from the perspective of a participant.
💻 Share screen tunneling effect prevented
- When users share their window or entire screen, a dark mask will cover their live meeting in order to prevent tunneling effect. Users will be notified why this will appear and can choose to ignore it and continue screen sharing or stop.

This release brings significant improvements to the Conference, sessions, and the overall stability of the platform.
🎉 Improved View Modes
- There are now only two View Modes: Gallery and Speakers. Hosts have the option to enforce their chosen view onto their participants.
- Gallery is the default mode for all sessions.
- Speakers mode displays up to four video streams belonging to appointed Speakers and/or attendees in the spotlight. If there are no Speakers or attendees in the spotlight, the most involved and active users will take center stage.
🖼️ Fixed aspect ratio for video streams
- Users’ video streams will now have a fixed 4:3 aspect ratio in the pre-join screen and throughout the session.

💻 More customizable Events
👉 Registration form
- Organizers can now add a registration form for their event. They can ask attendees to fill in their name, email address or other details relevant to them, like location and social media links.
- The registration form is by default enabled, and organizers can fully customize it to include any requirement they may have.
- Event Moderators and Speakers aren’t required to fill out the registration form.
👉 Advanced settings
- During the preparation stage of an event, organizers can access and edit advanced settings. These include two predefined sets of recommended settings ideal for managing participants easier during webinars, events or workshops.
- These settings can always be customized to suit the user's needs as much as possible.
👉 Participants' details
- Organizers can now see the complete list of participants who registered for the event, including the host, co-host and speakers. The list can be exported as a CSV file, and it will contain details submitted by participants in the registration stage.
🧠 Public access to Memory
- Users can now share a session’s Memory publicly. Anybody with the link will be able to access it, not just participants who joined or were invited to the session.
🗓️ 'Book me' feature redesigned
- The setup stage for the 'Book me' feature has been redesigned to be more detailed and to include settings for accessibility and participant management.
- This feature offers more flexibility when users set up their 'Book me' page. One of the most significant changes is that users can now customize their schedule to include multiple windows of availability per day.

📑 Synced Agendas

- The same principle applies to a new agenda you build directly in the Lobby. You will automatically find it in Agendas.
🎯 Updated Interface for PDFs
- View a PDF in an interface that’s most familiar to you, with the usual left-side navigation menu, actionable zoom-in/zoom-out, and fit-to-page/fit-to-width buttons.
- PDFs are collaboratively showcased in Sessions, allowing your participants to browse through the file at their own pace. If you want the audience to follow your lead, you can always deactivate the collaborative mode for PDFs.
