š āBook meā update - export contacts
- Booking owners can now export the contact information of all the people whoāve scheduled a session with them through that booking page.
- To export contacts, go to the booking page āĀ More optionsĀ menu (ā®) āĀ Export booking contacts.
- Apart from contact information and form answers, the following will be exported too:
- Session status (upcoming/ended)Attendance (attended/not attended or empty)
- Session date (session date and start time)
- Participant type (main or guest).

š āBook meā update - workspace bookings page
- Booking owners from the same workspace can now list their bookings on a common page (similar to theĀ workspace events page).
- This workspace booking page can be accessed from theĀ āBook meāĀ āĀ Workspace bookings.
- You can choose to embed the workspace booking page on your website or to share the link. The workspace bookings page will display that workspaceās custom branding (logo and session wallpaper).
- Weāve added a new permission: āList bookings in workspaceā. This permission gives you more control over which workspace members can or cannot list booking on the workspace bookings page. By default, this setting is disabled for Members, but enabled for Owners and Editors.

- You can now choose to embed the workspace booking page on your website.
- The permission to list events has been renamed to āList events in workspaceā.
- Workspace event pages will now display the text āEvents hosted byā followed by the workspaceās name instead of the organizationās.

- You can now be a member of multiple organizations, not just workspaces.

This release introduces event payment options, a series of improvements, and bug fixes
š¤ Events updates: payments
- You can now set up payment options and charge your participants an event fee when they register for your event.
- To enable payments for events, you will be required to sync yourĀ StripeĀ account with Sessions. This ensures secure and seamless payment processing.
- When adding a payment option to your events, you become responsible for managing all aspects of payment transactions, including refunds, cancellations, and adherence to any terms and conditions set forth.
- Sessions acts solely as a facilitator for payment processing and does not charge any fees or commissions for the event fees.

- Users can now import Boardmix whiteboards and integrate them seamlessly into their sessions.
- Boardmix whiteboards can be found as resources in the Tools menu after import.
- Please note that Boardmix whiteboard owner must be logged in the same browser instance to fully utilize the Boardmix feature while in Sessions.

- Booking hosts can now preview the booking flow from a clientās standpoint.

- You now have an info section for available placeholders that can be used in an email template. This can be found in each email template, top area, next to the email templateās name.
- You now have the language selector option for Reminder emails, to have the reminder type (days, hours, etc.) translated into your desired language.
- Added a new email template: Member activate account. This will be sent when an organization admin invites a member. This can be customized only if the Custom SMTP is enabled and set for that organization.

- You can now live stream your sessions or webinars to popular platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch, and YouTube.
- You can choose to record, live stream, or record and live stream at the same time.
- The option to set up the streaming configuration can be found inĀ Session settings -> LiveĀ stream and itās available only for events, planned sessions, and instant sessions.
- The streaming configuration requires you to add the stream URLs of the desired streaming service, so you can stream on any platform while you have access to these advanced streaming settings.

- You can now limit the number of people who can register for your event.
- You can find this option on your event setup page āĀ RegistrationĀ section. It applies only to events with active registration forms.
- When the limit is reached, participants will see a message informing them that there are no more seats available. The host will also be informed through email and an in-app notification.

This release introduces changes to Events, as well as improvements and bug fixes.
š¤ Events updates
- Weāve redesigned the flow of events. Participants can now join the lobby of an event after they registered, and wait there for the event to start.
- Hosts, co-hosts, and speakers can also join the lobby and start the event or the backstage from the lobby.
- During the backstage, participants that are in the lobby wonāt see anything from the backstage. However, any updates or content in chat, polls, Q&A, or any other widget will be later seen in the live event.
- New event access type: private. With this option, only guests invited with their email addresses under the Participants section can join the event. They donāt need to register, but they need to access the link received in the email to join the event.
- Public API methods for Events have been updated to support these new changes.

- You now can add a CTA option in the registration flow of bookings and events (similar to the final CTA from the Exit page).

- You will now automatically see booked sessions, planned meetings, or webinars scheduled in your selected iCloud Calendar.
- This update will require you to resync your iCloud external accounts.
- For the two-way sync, you can now choose in which calendar you want to send sessions or not. This also applies to Google and Microsoft Calendars.

- You are now able to set up your own custom SMTP server and send emails through that.
- Two types of configurations are available: SMTP and SPF.

- After configuration, you can set it at the workspace level fromĀ Workspace settings ā General ā Custom SMTP option.

- We're thrilled to announce that the latest version of our browser-based video-conference platform has now a downloadable mobile app and a desktop app version.
- OurĀ desktop appĀ is available for both Windows and Mac operating systems. A Linux version will be available later on.
- OurĀ mobile appĀ can be downloaded from AppStore and Google Play Store (iOS/iPadOS, and Android). Please note that this is the lite version and is still in beta. Some features are not available at the moment.

- The process of syncing external calendars for booking availability has been redesigned, giving you more control over the availability of your booking slots.
- The option to select an external calendar for your booking has been moved from the Calendar page. You can now find it in the Book me section.
- You can now configure external calendars to be considered for individual booking pages (under the Schedule section of each booking) or in bulk, for all booking pages. The same applies to booking pages shared with team members (Team routing).

- Weāve reduced the delay between sound and video.
- Weāve improved additional connectivity issues.
- Weāve improved the audio issues (low sound) when two or more participants are speaking at the same time.

- Users can assign up to 20 workspace collaborators to a booking. This means that the booked sessions will now be distributed between them.
- Workspace collaborators can have different permissions when it comes to editing the booking page, assigning a session to other team members, or accepting a booking.
- The bookingās owner can choose if the bookings will be assigned to the team according to their availability, or they can create a priority list for the team. The booking system will then take into consideration first priority, then availability.
- The bookingās owner can choose to split the schedule into days and/or hours, and assign individual team members for each schedule section.

- Users can add multiple time durations for a booking. When visiting the booking page, guests choose the length of a booked session first, and then proceed with the rest of the registration steps.
- Users can now select how far in advance a booking can be made without limiting the overall availability of a schedule (especially for long-term or indefinite availability schedules).
- Users can now set up a lead time on how close to the current moment they can be booked. For example, users who select 24h, they can only be booked the next day.
- A bookingās 12h/24h time format will now auto-change according to a user's browser settings. However, guests can also manually change the 12h/24h time format from the timezone dropdown.
š Recurrent sessions updates
- Hosts and Co-hosts can now add agendas to their recurring sessions.
- Updates made on the agenda in the Lobby (before it begins) of a recurring session will automatically update all the other recurrent meetings.
