1. TidyCal ↔️ Sessions
Tidycal - Booking is created Sessions - Create a session
Thanks to the integration between Sessions and Albato, you can now automate setting up a session after being booked through TidyCal. To automate this process, follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Automation section.
- Click the Create new automation button.
- The first step is to set up a trigger.
- Choose an app to send your data: Tidycal.
- Choose an event to trigger your automation: Booking created.
- Connect your Tidycal account to Albato - Specify your Tidycal connection. You can connect your Tidycal account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Click the Add a trigger button.
- Now set up an action.
- Choose an app to receive the data: Sessions.
- Choose an action you want to perform: Create a session.
- Connect your Sessions account to Albato - Specify your Sessions connection. You can connect your Sessions account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Click the Add an action button.
In the next step, it is necessary to map the fields:
- Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps depending on the information you want to insert into the Session created.
- Then, click Save.
- Done! Now just start the automation.
2. Sessions ↔️ Google Sheet:
If you want to automate sending client information from a booked session to a Google Sheet, follow these steps:

- Sign in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Automation section and click the Create new automation button.
- The first step is to set up a trigger.
- Choose an app to send your data: Sessions.
- Choose an event to trigger your automation: Booking created.
- Connect your Sessions account to Albato - Specify your Sessions connection. You can connect your Sessions account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Click the Add a trigger button.
- Now is the time to set up an action.
- Choose an app to receive the data: Google Sheets.
- Choose an action you want to perform: Create/update a row.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to Albato - Specify your Google Sheets connection. You can connect your Google Sheets account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Additional parameters: Select the spreadsheet and sheet that you want to use.
- Click the Add an action button.
- In the next step, it is necessary to map the fields.
- Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps depending on the information you want to assign to each column of the spreadsheet.
- Then, click Save.
- To complete the scenario, perform a duplicate search configuration.
- Set up duplicate handling in the receiving system. In our example, we choose the option Do not check for duplicates, always create a record.
- At the end, click the Save button.
All done! Now just start the automation.

3. Sessions ↔️ HubSpot

If you want to send client information from a session into your HubSpot account, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Automation section and click the Create new automation button.
- The first step is to set up a trigger.
- Choose an app to send your data: Sessions.
- Choose an event to trigger your automation: Session ended.
- Connect your Sessions account to Albato - Specify your Sessions connection. You can connect your Sessions account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Click the Add a trigger button.
- Now, click on the ➕ icon and select the Tool option.
- Select the Iterator. We’ll need this tool to get the participants’ information.
- In the Row field, select Session ended - Participants.
- Then, click Save.
It’s time to set up an action (HubSpot Contact).
- Click on the ➕ icon and select the Action option.
- Choose an app to receive the data: HubSpot.
- Choose an action you want to perform: Create new Contact.
- Connect your HubSpot account to Albato - Specify your HubSpot connection. You can connect your HubSpot account to Albato by following these instructions if you haven't already done so.
- Click the Add an action button.
- In the next step, it is necessary to map the fields.
- Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps depending on the information you want to assign to Contact in HubSpot.
- Then, click Save.
- Click on the ➕ icon and select the Action option.
- Choose an app to receive the data: HubSpot.
- Choose an action you want to perform: New Deal.
- Connect your HubSpot account to Albato - Specify your HubSpot connection.
- Click the Add an action button.
- In the next step, it is necessary to map the fields.
- Enter text and/or choose a value from the previous steps depending on the information you want to assign to Deal in HubSpot.
- Then, click Save.
- Done. Now just start the automation!
