✍️ Profile Details

Click on your Sessions profile (lower left corner) to see your account details.
Click on Account settings.
Under General, you can find your profile details.
Click Upload to choose a photo from your local drive to set as your Sessions profile picture.
You can also change your first and last name, country, and password.

💡

This is the name your participants will see for you in live sessions and events.

You can check the email address you used to create your Sessions profile.

This email address can’t be changed or modified.

If you want a different password, click on Change my password. You’ll be asked to insert your current password, as well as the new one. Click Save password when you’re done.

💡

Important! If you signed up for Sessions using a Google account, you can't change your password.

🌎 Time and Language

⏰ Time

Sessions uses as the default time zone the one you have selected in your operating system. To change the time zone, change the time zone on the device you are using, and it will update automatically in Sessions too.

🕐 Clock

The clock is also set automatically, based on your operating system. However, you can choose if you prefer a 24-hour or a 12-hour format.

📅 Start week on

This is where you can choose what day of the week you want to see first in your calendar. This will also impact the order of days in your calendar and the week view.

🗣️ Language

This will only take effect during a live session and it will only apply to your Sessions interface. Participants can manually change their interface’s language in the live session if they want.

❌ Delete account

If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently lost. You will receive an email to confirm your decision.

⚠️ What you need to know about deleting your account:

When you want to delete your account, you’ll receive a code via email. Therefore, you need to have access to your email address.
If you have a subscription plan active, you need to cancel your subscription first.
If you’re an organization owner:

If you’re the only member of your organization, your account and your organization get deleted.
If you have other active members in your organization, you need to appoint somebody else as the Owner of the organization (not just workspace). You will not be allowed to delete your account otherwise.
If you have only organization members who are not active (account suspended, who’ve been invited but didn’t activate their account, or whose email invite couldn’t be sent) when you delete your account and organization by default, their accounts will automatically get deleted as well.
