1. What is the whitelabel feature?
Whitelabel refers to the feature that allows you to personalize the Sessions app with your company’s branding. The Sessions app’s original branding remains behind the scenes, providing the underlying technology and video-conferencing service.
2. What does the whitelabel feature cover?
👉 Custom Call to Action (CTA) at the end of any session, booking, room, or event.
👉 Entirely hidden Sessions branding, Sessions Help Center button, and Registration button.
3. Who can access the whitelabel feature?
All tiers and subscription plans can configure their custom domains, branding, and emails.
Custom CTA is available only for Tier 5 and the Business plan.

👉 Exit page (Custom Feedback + Custom CTA)
At the end of each session or event, participants see by default a feedback window and a final Call to Action (CTA).
👉 The feedback window can be customized to send the feedback from the participants to either Team Sessions or to the Host of that meeting or event. It can also be disabled entirely.
👉 The final call to action can be personalized to show a call to action to sign up for Sessions or a custom offer that the Host has configured. It can also be disabled entirely.
How to configure the Exit page
- Go to the settings of your session, booking, room, or event.
- Scroll down to Exit page.
- Collect feedback: You can choose if the feedback the participants can send at the end of the session/event goes to Team Sessions (Sessions feedback) or you as the host (Owner feedback). You can disable it entirely by choosing None.
- Final call to action: You can choose if the call to action that participants see at the end of your session/event is a Sessions CTA or a custom CTA. You can disable it entirely by choosing None.
- If you choose the Custom CTA option, select which one of your offers you want to be displayed.
- Done.
