🎨 Custom branding

Custom branding enhances your live sessions and events by incorporating your brand. With this feature, you can replace the Sessions logo and colors to align with your company's visual identity.

👉 Who can configure it:

Not every member of the workspace can configure the custom branding. By default, the owner of the organization has access to it and the other workspace admins.

However, for each workspace role, the access to custom branding can be restricted by the admins.

👉 How to add custom branding to a workspace:

1. Switch to the workspace to which you want to add a custom domain (bottom left corner, above your profile).
2. Go to your profile (bottom left corner).
3. Click on Workspace settings → Custom branding.

4. Upload a logo.

1. Recommended size: 36 x 64 px, with a 16:9 aspect ratio
2. File type: jpg, png.
3. Max 5 MB
5. Upload a logomark.
• Recommended size: 36 x 36 px, with a 1:1 aspect ratio
• File type: jpg, png.
• Max 5 MB
6. Choose a UI color theme and a navigation menu color for the left sidebar in Home. If you want a custom color, use the Color picker.

7. Choose a Session wallpaper. This will be displayed as the background image for the entire session (not to be confused with your video stream’s background).

8. You can also choose a participant’s tile background color. If you want a different color, use the Color picker.
9. Click on Preview branding to see how it will look during a live session or event.
10. When you’re ready, click Save changes.
11. If you want to return to the original Sessions logo and colors, click Reset all changes.

🖼️ Session wallpaper

If you want to change the wallpaper of your live sessions, this is how you can do it:

1. Go to Home.
2. Switch to the workspace you want to edit it. (bottom left corner, above your Profile)
3. Click on your profile (bottom left corner).
4. Select Workspace settings.

5. Click on Custom branding.

6. Go to Session wallpaper and upload the image you want.
• Recommended size: 1920 x 1080 px
• File type: jpg, png.
• Max 5 MB
7. Choose one of the images provided, use Unsplash for stock images, paste a link, or upload a locally stored picture.
8. When you’re done, click on Save changes.

👉 How to add your Favicon

1. Set up your custom domain. More info here: 📝Custom domain (CNAME).
2. After you have your domain set up, go to your profile in Sessions.
3. Click on Organization settings.
4. Go to Custom domains.
5. Scroll down to Favicon.
6. Click on Upload.
7. Select a PNG or JPG file with a 1:1 ratio and a minimum size of 512 x 512 pixels to display in browser tabs.
8. Click Save.
9. Done.
