🎨 Custom branding
Custom branding transforms your live sessions and events to showcase your brand. Using this feature, you can replace the Sessions logo and colors to match your company’s visual identity.
This feature can be customized only for Workspace Admins. They're the only ones who can enable/disable or change. Once the feature is enabled and all the changes are saved, the new brand identity will replace the Sessions logo and colors for all the Workspace members.
👉 How to configure it:
- Sign in to your Sessions account.
- Click on your profile picture (bottom left corner).
- Click on Account settings.
- Click on Custom branding.
- Toggle to Enable custom branding. This toggle comes in handy when you want to temporarily turn off Custom branding without losing the chosen logo & color.
- Click on the Company logo box to upload your logo.
- If you want your live meetings to have a certain wallpaper, click on Session wallpaper. (see below)
- Pick one of the colors displayed under Color theme to complete the customization process. If you want a different, custom color, you can use the Color picker.
- When you’re done, click on Save changes.
To preview how your sessions and email invitations will look, click on Preview branding. It will open a pop-up window with multiple instances, which allows you to see what the live sessions and emails will look like with your branding. Make sure to browse through the images to see all instances.
If you want to temporarily return to the original platform’s logo, toggle off Disable custom branding.
If you want to return to Sessions original logo and colors, click Reset all changes.
