🙌 Copilot: Generate agendas with AI
To help you cut down on your preparation time, you can always ask AI to generate your meeting or webinar agenda.
All you have to do is give the AI Copilot information about your topic. The AI will generate agenda item titles, descriptions, and time durations. For the AI to generate an agenda that’s suitable for your needs, make sure you give as many details as possible about your event or any specific information you want mentioned in the agenda.
You can access the Copilot and have AI-generated agendas in:
- Agendas
- Lobby
- Live session (Player)
- When setting up your Events & Webinars agenda
📝 How to generate agendas with AI
- Go to Sessions Home.
- Click on Agendas.
- Click on New agenda.
- Click on AI Copilot.
- Give AI Copilot your input.
Write as many details as you can.
E.g. Write an agenda for my webinar entitled “The power of marketing”. The event is 1h long. Structure the agenda to have at least 6 agenda items, and make sure they’re not longer than 10 minutes each. Include one agenda item that defines what Marketing is.
- Click on Use agenda. If you want to use only some of the agenda items generated, check the boxes corresponding to each one you want. Then click Import topic(s).
✅ If the “Replace current agenda” box is checked, then the agenda/agenda items you import will replace the one you currently have.
🔲 If the “Replace current agenda” box is unchecked, the AI-assisted agenda/agenda items you import will be added to the one you currently have open.
- Confirm.
- If you want, you can rearrange agenda items or change titles, edit descriptions or time durations.
- Done.
If you want to use the AI only to populate a specific agenda item, hover over it, and click the AI Copilot icon 🪄. Write your prompt and click Generate. If you’re happy with the result, click Import topic.
