➕ How to add a form during a live session (no agenda):

1. Press Ctrl + K / Command + K (iOS users) or click on the Share button (bottom left corner).
2. If the form has been previously configured, type in its name in the input box. If not, type in “Embed a tool”.  
3. Click on Forms by Sessions.
4. Choose one of the recently used forms or click on Create Form. You’ll be redirected to Tools. 
5. Configure your form by adding questions and answers. Using the arrow dropdown, choose between these different types of answers: 
• Dropdown to allow participants to choose from several options. 
• Multiple choices for participants to select several answers at once.
• Single choice to ask for a single choice.
• Plain text to ask for a written response. 
6. Go back to the tab with the live session.
7. Press Ctrl + K / Command + K (iOS users) again or click on the Share button.
8. Type in the new form’s title.
9. Confirm.

📄 How to add a form to an agenda (during a live session):

1. Click on the Show agenda button (only if it’s hidden).
2. Click on ⚙️ Settings.
3. Click on Edit agenda.
4. Click on ➕ to add a new agenda item. 
5. Click on the Add resource button attributed to each agenda item.
6. If the form has been previously configured, type in its name in the input box. If not, type in “Embed a tool”. 
7. Click on Forms by Sessions.
8. Choose one of the recently used forms or click on Create Form. You’ll be redirected to Tools. 
9. Configure your form by adding questions and answers. Using the arrow dropdown, choose between these different types of answers: 
• Dropdown to allow participants to choose from several options. 
• Multiple choices for participants to select several answers at once.
• Single choice to ask for a single choice.
• Plain text to ask for a written response. 
10. Go back to the tab with the live session.
11. Click again on the Add resource on the agenda item.
12. Type in the new form’s name.
13. Confirm.

1. Click on the Show agenda button (only if it’s hidden).

3. Click on the ⊖ button next to the tool/file/link you want to remove.  

📝 How to add a form to an agenda template (before a session starts):

1. Go to Sessions Home → Agendas.
2. Click on New agenda.
3. Click on the Add resource that's attributed to each agenda item.
4. If the form has been previously configured, type in its name in the input box. If not, type in “Embed a tool”.  
5. Click on Forms by Sessions.
6. Choose one of the recently used forms or click on Create Form. You’ll be redirected to Tools. 
7. Configure your form by adding questions and answers. Using the arrow dropdown, choose between these different types of answers: 
• Dropdown to allow participants to choose from several options. 
• Multiple choices for participants to select several answers at once.
• Single choice to ask for a single choice.

8. Go back to the tab with the live session.
9. Click again on the Add resource on the agenda item.
10. Type in the new form’s name.
11. Your file’s icon will appear on the left side of your agenda item, under time settings.  
12. Done. Changes are automatically saved.
