Pitch is a platform that enables you to collaborate with your team in creating captivating presentations. Its blend of productivity principles with design and presentation software empowers groups to create visually stunning decks in a few minutes.

The next step is to create your presentation. After finishing all the details, it’s time to show your beautiful work to your session’s participants.
The easiest way to access a Pitch presentation at any point is to first follow these steps:
- Create your Pitch presentation.
- When it’s done, click on the Share button.
- A modal opens. Choose the option “Share with anyone”.
- Use the toggle to allow public access to your presentation.
- Copy the presentation link.
- Go to Sessions’ Home.
- Click on Tools → Pitch.
- Click on New Pitch (upper right corner).
- Paste the URL in the input box.
- Press Enter to preview the presentation.
- The presentation is now one of the Pitch resources you can use anytime.
How to embed a Pitch presentation during a live session (no agenda):
- Press
Ctrl + K
/Command + K (iOS users)
or click on the Share button (bottom left corner). - If the Pitch file has been previously used, type in its name in the input box. If not, type in “Pitch”.
- Choose one of the recently used files or click on Create Pitch.
- Paste the Pitch presentation’s link.
- Confirm.
❌ To return to standard conference mode, hover over the button showing the name of your presentation (bottom left corner). Click Remove file.

How to add a Pitch presentation to an agenda item (during a live session):
If you have an agenda already embedded in the live meeting and you want to include a Pitch presentation, this is how you can do it:
- Press
Alt + Z
/Option + Z
or hover over the button named after your current agenda item (bottom left corner). - Click on Edit agenda (
Alt + Z
/Option + Z
). - Click on ➕ to add a new agenda item.
- Click on the Share button on the new agenda item.
- If the Pitch presentation has been previously used in Sessions, type in its name in the input box. If not, type in “Pitch” or click on Embed a tool → Pitch.
- Choose one of the recently used files or click on Create Pitch.
- Click on Update agenda.
❌ To remove the Pitch presentation you've attached to an agenda item, follow these steps:
- Press
Alt + Z
/Option + Z
or hover over the button named after your current agenda item (bottom left corner). - Click on Edit agenda (
Alt + Z
/Option + Z
). - Click on the ⊖ button next to the tool/file/link you want to remove.
How to add a Pitch presentation to an agenda template (before a session starts):
- Go to Sessions Home → Agendas.
- Click on New agenda.
- Click on the Share button that's attributed to an agenda item.
- Type in “Pitch”.
- Select the Pitch file from the list of recently used files or click on Create Pitch.
- The Pitch icon will appear on the left side of your agenda item, under time settings.
- Changes are automatically saved.
❌ To remove the tool, file or link from an agenda item, click on Remove tool or check that agenda item's box and then click on Remove tool.
