Boardmix is a free online collaborative whiteboard that integrates whiteboard, mind map, flowchart, and various digital tools to boost team work efficiency.
If you want to share a board in Sessions, youâll need a Boardmix account. Here is how you can create one: Create a Boardmix account.
How to embed Boardmix during a live session or event (no agenda)
- Go into your Boardmix account and open the board you want to share.
- Click on Share â Share the file. You have two options for the link:
- Anyone with the link can view
- Anyone with the link can edit (collaborative mode)
- Choose the option that suits your needs and copy the link.
- Come back to the Sessions tab with the live meeting or event.
- Click on the Share button (bottom left corner).
- Click on Embed a tool.
- Click on Boardmix.Â
- Click Create Boardmix. (If youâve previously used a board, youâll see it in the list of recently used resources.)
- Paste the link you copied from Boardmix.
- Click Enter and youâre done.
How to add Boardmix to an agenda item (during a live session or event)
If you have an agenda already embedded in the live meeting/event and you want to include Boardmix, this is how you can do it:
- Go into your Boardmix account and open the board you want to share.
- Click on Share â Share the file. You have two options for the link:
- Anyone with the link can view
- Anyone with the link can edit (collaborative mode)
- Choose the option that suits your needs and copy the link.
- Come back to the Sessions tab with the live meeting or event.
- Open your agenda if itâs hidden (bottom left corner).Â
- Click on Edit agenda (đ).
- Click on â to add a new agenda item.Â
- Click on Add resource.
- Click on Embed a tool.Â
- Click Create Boardmix. (If youâve previously used a board, youâll see it in the list of recently used resources.)
- Paste the link you copied from Boardmix.
â To remove the tool, file, or link you've attached to an agenda item, follow these steps:
- Open your agenda if itâs hidden (bottom left corner).Â
- Click on Edit agenda (đ).
- Click on the â button next to the tool/file/link you want to remove. Â
- Click Update agenda.
How to add a Miro board to an agenda template (before a session starts):
- Go to Sessions Home â Agendas.
- Click on New agenda.
- Click on the Add resource button that's attributed to an agenda item.
- Click on Embed a tool.Â
- Click on Boardmix.
- Youâll be prompted to create a board without registration* or sign in to choose a Miro.
- Click Create Boardmix. (If youâve previously used a board, youâll see it in the list of recently used resources.)
- Go into your Boardmix account and open the board you want to share.
- Click on Share â Share the file. You have two options for the link:
- Anyone with the link can view
- Anyone with the link can edit (collaborative mode)
- Choose the option that suits your needs and copy the link.
- Come back to the Sessions tab and paste the link you copied from Boardmix.
- Done. Changes are automatically saved.
