Why share your screen when you can embed everything you need directly in Sessions?

How to add Pages during a live session (no agenda):
- Click on the Share button (bottom left corner).
- Click on Share a file*.
- Select one of the recently uploaded files listed there or click Upload a file to add a new one.
- Select the Pages you want to upload.
- Confirm.
*If the document has been previously uploaded to Files, type in its name in the input box.
❌ To change or remove a Page, hover over the button named after your document (bottom left corner). Click Remove file.

How to add Pages to an agenda item (during a live session):
If you have an agenda already embedded in the live meeting but haven't included a Pages, this is how you can do it:
- Press
Option + E
or hover over the button named after your current agenda item (bottom left corner). - Click on Edit agenda (
Option + E
). - Click on ➕ to add a new agenda item.
- Click on the Share button attributed to each agenda item.
- Type in the document's name or click on Share a file.
- Click on Upload a file.
- Select the Page you want to share. Click on Update agenda.
❌ To remove the tool, file or link you've attached to an agenda item, follow these steps:
- Press
Option + Z
or hover over the button named after your current agenda item (bottom left corner). - Click on Edit agenda (
Option + Z
). - Click on the ⊖ button next to the tool/file/link you want to remove.
How to add Pages to an agenda template (before a session starts):
- Go to Sessions Home → Agendas.
- Click on New agenda.
- Click on the Share button that's attributed to each agenda item.
- Type in the document's name or click on Share a file.
- Select from the list of recently used files or click on Upload a file.
- Select the Page you want to share.
- The Page icon will appear on the left side of your agenda item under time settings.
- Done. Changes are automatically saved.
❌ To remove the tool, file or link from an agenda item, click on Remove tool or check that agenda item's box and then click on Remove tool.
